- 受到澳洲政府或州或领地邀请，前往澳洲协助应对新冠肺炎疫情的非澳洲公民。travelling atthe invitation of the Australian Government or a state or territory governmentauthority for the purpose of assisting in the COVID-19 response
- 提供关键性的或专业性的医疗服务人员，例如：空中医护人员。providing critical or specialist medical services, including airambulance, medical evacuations and delivering critical medical supplies
- 具备维持生活必需品和服务供应所需的关键技能（例如在医疗技术，关键基础设施，电信，工程和采矿，供应链物流，农业技术，食品生产和海运业中）。with critical skills required to maintain the supply of essentialgoods and services (such as in medical technology, critical infrastructure,telecommunications, engineering and mining, supply chain logistics,agricultural technology, food production, and the maritime industry)
- 在对澳大利亚经济复苏至关重要的行业工作（例如金融科技，大规模生产，影视制作与新兴技术行业），并且澳洲本地无法找到适合的职员。delivering services in sectors critical to Australia’seconomic recovery (such as financial technology, large scale manufacturing,film and television production and emerging technology), where no Australianworker is available
- 在澳大利亚政府或州或领地政府机构的支持下，其入境符合澳大利亚的国家利益。whose entry would otherwise be in Australia’s national interest,supported by the Australian Government or a state or territory governmentauthority.
- 您需要在计划旅行之前至少4周但不超过3个月申请豁免。
- 如果豁免申请没有批准，您无法入境澳洲
- 如果你获得旅行豁免，乘坐飞机需要带上此证明。
当前，澳大利亚采取严格的旅行禁令，以遏制COVID-19的扩散。所有飞抵澳洲的国际旅客，包括澳大利亚公民，都必须在其到达港口的指定地点（例如酒店）进行14天的强制性隔离。并可能支付检疫费用。
