澳洲国际大一课程，通往名校的直通车
对于直升高排名澳洲大学和要求较高的热门专业来说，国际大一门槛低，申请成功率高，相较预科而言省时又省力，比较适合高二高三在读和高考成绩未能达到直入本科一年级的同学。国际大一课程相当于本科一年级。课程设计旨在为不符合本科大一入学标准的学生提供必要的语言和学术技能，使同学们能够适应澳洲的学习氛围和文化环境。在大一课程结束后，成绩合格者可以顺利升读大二。
国际大一课程是衔接高中和大学本科的过度课程，申请同学无需提供升学考试成绩（如：高考，ATAR, IB 或A水准考试）。学生在高三毕业后到达澳洲大学的第一年先入读国际大一课程，完成课程后和达到要求后可以直升澳洲大学大二，再读2-3年即可获得澳洲大学本科学士学位， 澳洲大部分大学都开设有衔接不同专业的国际大一课程通道。对于非英语母语国家，或高中成绩稍微差强如意但又想要考虑自己心仪专业的同学们，不如考虑以国际大一文凭课程这类桥梁课程来实现自己的学习梦。
