APC物理治疗师职业评估
澳大利亚物理治疗委员会，英文名称Australian Physiotherapy Council（APC），是负责对252511物理治疗师Physiotherapist进行移民评估的机构。
移民职业评估要求如下：
– 英语要求：
- IELTS 雅思 四个7，或
- PTE 四项65，或
- OET 四个B，或
- TOEFL iBT 至少94（最低听力24、阅读24、写作27、口语23）
- 在认可英语国家完成六年全日制学习 (其中包含职业相关高等教育
– 持有有效无条件的AHPRA注册，或 满足以下任一资格要求：
- 完成AHPRA认证的课程（详见 AHPRA’s Approved Programs of Study）
- 持有APC实质性等价证书（Certificate of Substantial Equivalence）；
- 持有APC颁发的终极证书（Final Certificate）；
- 持有Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand颁发的无限制条件的年度执业证书（Annual Practising Certificate）。
评估申请材料:
所有材料必须是彩色扫描版，非英文的材料需提供原件以及英文翻译，不接受certified copy。
- Passport identity page 护照照片页
- Evidence of change of name 曾用名证明（若适用）
- Certificate / testamur / completion letter文凭/学位证书/完成信
- Academic transcript 成绩单
- Current registration（若适用）目前的注册（若适用）
- English language ability 英语证明
- AHPRA 认证（如果有）
- Skilled employment 工作经验：
-Professional reference or statutory declaration雇主证明或法定陈述；
-Employment contract 工作合同；
-Last/most recent payslip最后/最新的薪资单；
-Relevant registration (if applicable)相关注册执照（若适用）；
-如递交后，工作变更，需要告知APC
职业评估有效期：
APC 不规定到期日，但是移民局规定是3年有效。
评估申请费及审理周期：
评估费用：AUD $1,674
审理周期：10-12周（没有加急通道）
